First attracted to yoga for its physical benefits, I soon became aware of its healing property, where body and mind find harmony through mindfulness in movement
My love for yoga began over a decade ago while working in Scotland as a professional dancer.
I was immediately drawn to the Ashtanga tradition thanks to my teacher, Rosina Bonsu, who continues to be my constant source of wisdom and inspiration.
I am passionate about all aspects of yoga and about the powerful ways it manifests itself in our lives.
I am grateful for the teachings, the expanded awareness, the meaningful connections and the never-ending learning experiences this practice keeps offering.

I completed my 200h yoga teacher training in 2016 at Byron Yoga Centre in Australia and have been teaching a wide range of classes ever since.
. In 2020 I traveled to Thailand to complete 100h Yin Yoga and Chinese Meridians training with Annie Au, experiencing a soulful approach to the soothing yin practice.
. In 2021 I attended the Meditation & Pranayama in depth course with Kia Naddermier (Mysore Yoga Paris) and completed the advanced 300h teacher training with Briohny Smyth (Aligned Yoga Programme).
